As lead architect, I drive architecture and feature development across multiple platform modules using React and .NET within a 6-engineer team. I rebuilt the notification email system with a configurable rich-text editor (MUI-Tiptap), integrated with the in-house Expression engine to resolve real-time property values at execution time — turning static plain-text alerts into dynamic, data-driven communications. I also cut notification image-load time by roughly 30% by re-encoding inline images to WebP, shrinking embedded payloads 35–40% with no visible quality loss.
